About me

The Oversight Pathway is for church leaders who hold responsibility for the oversight of lay, everyday planters of new church communities. Written by CPAS and Myriad, the Oversight Pathway may also be applicable to church leaders with oversight of ordained church planters.

Description: Three, 1.5hr sessions exploring:

The Oversight Pathway is delivered jointly by CPAS and Myriad for the training of church leaders who will oversee lay planters.

  • Registered the extent of the culture change oversight ministry represents
  • Defined your role in oversight ministry with specific regard to lay church planting
  • Outlined the skills you will need
